Charlie Jones

President/CEO


As a Maryland native, Charlie Jones graduated from Coppin State University and began his career in law enforcement and United States Navy. While in Public Service, Charlie witnessed firsthand the impact quality and affordable housing has on breaking cycles of despair.

James McRae

Director of Asset management


Mr. James McRae joined ABLe Capital after spending over 15 years managing teams of employees and managing a quarter of million-dollar facility budget. James served as a Facility Director and Regional Manager for The Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning.
